JAKONA TAMMA
Przeróbka - separated by water, in different direction than all the shopping malls, rarely invites or gives reasons for visiting. I checked how - this remote, industrial suburb which is not very present in Gdańsk's gossip and apparently is supposed to become the "Capital of the XXI Century" - is visible to the rest of the world. The track "Seba" is a remake of an audio image of Przeróbka on the internet. All the sounds have been previously recorded by someone and published online representing this district globally. I allowed myself to chew them up into a song and spit them back out into the world.

I present to you my sound artwork for Radio Przeróbka, a continutation of Narracje Festival, organised by Instytut Kultury Miejskiej in Gdańsk. The festival took place in a suburb of Gdańsk called Przeróbka and all the artworks in the project have been focusing on that area.
